Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can try ReplyRig free for 14 days. A payment card is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged the monthly subscription during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will continue at £59 per month on the Founding Customer plan.

Does it work with my existing number?

Yes - you keep the number you already advertise. Unanswered calls are forwarded into ReplyRig; nothing changes about how customers reach you.

What happens if I answer the call?

Nothing. Your normal call proceeds as usual. ReplyRig only activates when the call goes unanswered.

What happens when I miss the call?

The unanswered call is passed into the service and the caller automatically receives a text.

What happens when the customer replies?

ReplyRig asks a few simple questions to establish who they are, what they need and where they are. The useful lead details are then sent to you.

What number does the customer receive the text from?

Texts are sent from a dedicated UK mobile number set up for your business. Customers continue to call your normal business number.

How long does setup take?

Setup is straightforward. We configure the service, help connect your existing number using missed-call forwarding, and run a test with you before going live - typically completed in one short setup session.

Is there a contract?

There's no fixed-term contract. After the free trial, ReplyRig runs as a monthly subscription and you can cancel any time.

Can I cancel?
